Tabasco Sauce Process




1.- First farmers choose the red chillies using a stick with this color

2.- Next chillies are washed and processed (crushed)

3.- Then chillies are taken to some barrels where uedaran saved for 3 years on the barrels a thick layer of salt is put

4.- After that the chillies are pulled out to pass a final process mixed with water to become a liquid sauce

5.- Finally the sauce is bottled and sealed with a plastic cap to stop tiends be sent and where to buy
